Qualifications

  • Background in Tech.*
  • 6+ years of experience in content writing in the field of technical content marketing.*
  • Have a portfolio of published technical blogs.*
  • Degree or practical experience in English literature, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to translate complex, technical information into clear communication for the target audience.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text.
  • Expertise in writing digital content.
  • Knowledge of AI, Cloud Technology, QA, APIs, data storage, IT Infrastructure concepts, etc.
  • Should be able to consume and understand information on complex technology topics to author articles in a clear manner.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality and original written content that aligns with the organization’s voice and objectives.
  • Proven ability to research and stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Develop in-depth technical blog posts and articles that showcase our expertise in the industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate technical information into target audience friendly content.
  • Conduct research to understand and write on technical topics (Software Engineering, Enterprize Modernization, DevOps, Cloud Services, etc).
  • Collaborate with SMEs & engineers to learn about our services, our expertise and our clients.
  • Write, edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, voice, and tone that adheres to set schedule.
  • Develop attention-grabbing & technically sound articles.
  • Optimize content effectiveness by using SEO best practices and other analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Ensure consistency in writing style, terminology, and formatting.
  • Work with designers to provide graphics, video, and other creative services appropriate for the target audience.
  • Manage a content calendar across different channels including website and social media.
  • Write persuasive and engaging client case studies.
  • Support the development of multimedia content, such as technical presentations.
  • Create and maintain the information architecture and develop and maintain templates for documents.
  • Review technical information prepared by stakeholders and other team members for language, grammar, clarity, and content.
