- We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing the Dynamics 365 Business Central system to meet our organization's specific needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and applications. They will also play a critical role in data migration, software development, and functional analysis. The role involves testing, training, and maintaining system documentation to support the system's reliability and accuracy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central, including C/AL and AL development languages, and experience with extensions, APIs, and integration tools.
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and other relevant business processes.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in managing projects related to Dynamics Business Central.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 Business Central are often preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
- Collaborative approach to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Business Central with other systems and applications.
- Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to Business Central.
- Develop extensions, custom scripts, and code as needed.
- Understand and document business processes to ensure that the system aligns with the organization's needs.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
- Maintain system documentation, including business processes, configurations, and customizations.
