Adtech Corp is hiring a UX Designer for a full-time onsite role in Hyderabad with 0 to 1 years of experience. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The role involves translating business requirements into engaging design solutions through close collaboration with product managers and developers. We are looking for an immediate joiner who is passionate about usability and modern design standards.
Hold 0 to 1 year of experience in UX or UI Design including internship experience
Possess a bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
Provide a strong portfolio showcasing UX processes and case studies and problem-solving approaches
Demonstrate proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD or Sketch
Maintain a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
Exhibit strong communication and collaboration and documentation skills
Basic knowledge of interaction design and accessibility standards is a plus
Understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals is preferred
Exposure to Agile or Scrum development environments is beneficial
Conduct user research and interviews and usability testing to inform design decisions
Create user personas and journey maps and information architecture for digital products
Design wireframes and high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly experiences
Collaborate with product and development and QA teams to ensure design feasibility
Perform usability evaluations and iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback
Contribute to building and maintaining comprehensive design systems
Stay updated with the latest UX trends and tools and industry best practices
