CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary

  • As a Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical and functional aspects of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business requirements, design and implement CRM solutions, and ensure the seamless integration of technology to meet organizational objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of CRM systems.

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in configuring CRM entities, workflows, and plugins.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive CRM system designs that align with business objectives, considering both functional and technical aspects.
  • Configuration and Customization: Utilize your technical expertise to configure and customize Dynamics CRM to meet specific business requirements. This may involve creating custom entities, workflows, and plugins.
  • Data Integration: Implement data integration strategies to ensure that CRM data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • User Training: Conduct user training sessions to ensure that end-users are proficient in utilizing the CRM system effectively.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues and challenges within the CRM system to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to verify that CRM solutions are working as intended and are free from defects.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of CRM configurations, customizations, and processes for future reference and auditing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful CRM implementations.
  • Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM features and updates, and assess their potential benefits for the organization. Plan and execute CRM system upgrades and enhancements as needed.
