  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 F&O Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in configuring, customizing, and optimizing the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations system to meet our organization's financial and operational needs. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with other systems and applications, developing customizations, and working closely with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into efficient system solutions. Additionally, they will manage data migration projects, conduct testing, provide training, and maintain comprehensive system documentation.


  • 5+ years of experience with Proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O, including X++ development, Visual Studio, and familiarity with LCS (Lifecycle Services).
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational processes, supply chain, and inventory management.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience in managing projects related to Dynamics F&O, including implementation and upgrades.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 F&O are often preferred, such as MB-300, MB-500, and MB-700.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, including performance optimization.
  • Collaborative approach to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations.
  • Understanding of regulatory and security compliance in financial and operational systems.


  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O to meet the organization's financial and operational needs.
  • Integrate Dynamics F&O with other systems and applications, ensuring data flow and business processes align.
  • Develop customizations, extensions, and code using X++, and work with Visual Studio and DevOps tools
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements, translating them into system solutions.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system reliability, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Plan and execute data migration projects, ensuring data accuracy and completeness during transitions.
  • Provide end-users with training and support, helping them make the most of the Dynamics F&O system.
  • Maintain system documentation, including business processes, configurations, and customizations.
