GxP Validation and Infrastructure Qualification Program Manager

3-5 years of PMO experience in a regulated healthcare industry would be helpful. A good hand at Microsoft project, Planview EPPM, AgilePlace (LeanKit) systems would be a definite bonus.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst and Scrum Master, with a 3-5 years of overall experience.
Certifications related to Product Owner, Scrum Master would be of added advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools and software development lifecycles.
Experience in budget management, risk assessment, and change management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.

Work with the group Program manager to ensure project and system level planning, tracking, forecasting, reporting, KPIs/metrics, and budgetary controls are in place for dozens of projects running within the group.
Creating support project spaces for chargeback to business groups in EPPM system. Ensuring timesheet compliance for the team.
Adjustment of resource allocation and coordination with PMs – to ensure accuracy of data.
Knowledge of basic GxP regulations to step up and help in the hour of need.
Training assignments, maintenance, and follow-ups for completion of training – Training compliance is a regulatory requirement.
Manage and control project/department costs, budgeting based on forecast of validation/IS Qual work. Continuous update of LeanKit (AgilePlace) boards for a roadmap of lined-up projects/programs and system level operations.
Helping with estimation of validation/IS Qual quantum of work for projects and programs.
