About the Position

Project Manager


  • We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with client-facing experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders while following the organization defined process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong ability to manage teams and resources effectively.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Certifications related to Project Management would be of added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience in budget management, risk assessment, and change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that they are executed on time, within budget while adhering to the organization defined process.
  • Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback and coaching.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans. Escalate wherever required to get any assistance needed.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed to a high standard and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, KPIs and issue logs.
  • Ensure that project management processes, methodologies and best practices are followed.
  • Guiding the team through the Agile/Scrum framework, conducting Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Help the development team identify and remove any impediments or roadblocks that are preventing them from achieving their sprint goals.
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders to ensure that the product backlog is properly prioritized, refined, and maintained.
  • Encourage and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
